Allergies

It is your responsibility to contact us immediately if you experience any kinds of allergy after a treatment done at Cerise Lash & Makeup. For serious cases, we will offer a removal free of charge.

Copyright

The content of our website are copyright and all copyright works are the property of Cerise Makeup Limited. No unauthorised use of copy or images is permissible.

Appointments

We recommend you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. All treatments are competed as scheduled, so please be aware if you are late, your treatment will end on time so the next client is not left waiting.

Cancellations

We understand that sometimes it's necessary for you to change your appointment. In consideration for others we require 24 hours notice if you wish to change or cancel.

If less than 24 hours notice is given a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If no notice is given you will be charged the full price of the missed treatment.

Pricing

We supply goods and services in New Zealand, so all services on our website are advertised in New Zealand dollars, and include New Zealand GST of 12.50%. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
